AI Leadership Circle

Make Sense of AI.
Build Confidence.
Lead
What's Next.

A six-week live learning experience for leaders and professionals who want to build real confidence with AI — not through jargon or hype, but through grounded, real-world learning.

"I know I need to understand AI ... but I don’t know
where to start"

Most leaders know the AI shift is real.
But they don’t have the time, language or support to navigate it well.

That’s why I created the AI Leadership Circle - a human-first, small-group learning experience designed by someone who’s spent a career leading - and living - through disruption.

It’s for leaders and professionals who want to build real confidence with AI - not through jargon or hype, but through grounded, real-world learning, guided by an experienced transformation leader.

It’s a space to think, experiment and lead through uncertainty - no tech background required.

What it's actually like

"It's not been dramatic to say that it's been life changing. It has been. It really has. Confidence, tenfold."

Donna Burr
Partner, Watermark Search International

My Story

Linked In_rose_2.jpg

MIT Sloan · Oxford · INSEAD · GAICD · Certified Master Coach · Certified AI Trainer · National Emergency Services Medal

After two decades leading transformation, crisis response and reform — from bushfires and pandemics to large-scale system change in $50M–$3B organisations — I thought I understood disruption.

But in 2023, a simple experiment with ChatGPT changed everything. I realised AI wasn't just another tool — it was reshaping how we think, decide and lead.

So I stepped away from executive life and went all in: studying AI strategy at MIT Sloan and Oxford, exploring AI safety and risk through UK institutes, and testing what actually works in real-world settings. Now I help experienced leaders and professionals go from knowing AI matters to knowing what it means for them.

Most leaders know change is coming. But few have the time, language, or trusted support to lead through it with clarity and confidence. That's why I created the AI Leadership Circle.
