PRIVATE AI ADVISORY

Build a personal AI practice
you actually trust.

Bespoke, one-to-one advisory for board directors, senior executives and experienced professionals working out what AI means for the way they think, decide and lead.

IF THIS IS WHERE YOU ARE

You know AI matters. You want to know what it means for you — for your role, your decisions and the way you actually work.

You want to know what AI does well, where it falls short and how it fits the way you think, decide and lead. Not in the abstract. In your actual context, on your actual questions.

Board directions, senior leaders and experienced professionals who have spent decades building their judgement are now navigating a landscape where the old confidence systems no longer apply.

That gap doesn't close with more information.

It closes by working through real questions in your own context — with someone who has the strategic depth, the AI fluency and the lived experience of having navigated this transition herself.

Build the quiet authority that comes from having actually done it — not from reading about it.

IF THIS IS WHERE YOU ARE

Real questions. In your context. With expert support.

Every engagement is bespoke. These are the things we most often work through together.

Making sense of AI from the inside

Working with AI on your actual questions, in your real context — building the judgement that comes from having done it, not read about it.

What AI means for your sector and your role

How AI is reshaping the sectors and organisations you lead or sit on. The judgement to evaluate proposals, challenge thinking, assess risk and recognise what good governance of AI actually looks like.

Building your personal AI practice

Where AI fits the way you think and decide. A deliberate, structured way of working with AI that you trust and can build on over time.

Confidentiality and risk

Knowing what you can and can't safely share with AI. Developing a clear personal position, particularly where you hold governance, fiduciary or confidentiality responsibilities.

HOW IT WORKS

Bespoke. Confidential. One-to-one.

We start with a three-session foundation built around your context, your role, your decisions and your real questions.

Written advisory notes after each session. Direct email access between sessions.

The work continues into ongoing advisory where useful.

IN THEIR WORDS

Who I work with.

"Sue helped me move from dabbling with AI to deploying it deliberately into my working week — building my tech stack, applying guardrails, managing data.

She has been a patient and wise partner to work with, making suggestions and challenging my thinking without telling me what to do.

An expert guiding hand to fall back on and get me through any uncertainty.

JO-ANNE BLOCK · CHAIR AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

"Sue helped me move from using AI in a curious, ad-hoc way to building structured workflows aligned to my brand, my IP and the way I deliver to clients — strategic, ethical and genuinely value-adding."

MARGOT ANDERSEN · FOUNDER & CEO, INSYNC NETWORK GROUP
