I use AI deliberately to help me think, design and deliver my work, and run the business. I remain responsible for the work and the advice you receive.
I explain how AI supports our work together. Where it makes a substantial contribution to a report, resource or analysis, I explain that contribution and the human review involved. You can ask me about how AI has been used at any point.
AI supports research, brainstorming, synthesis, pattern identification, analysis, drafting and testing ideas. It also helps me design resources and run the business. I direct the work, question what it produces and review it before it becomes part of my advice or delivery.
I lead the facilitation, interpret the findings and make the recommendations. My advice draws on my experience, your context and my professional judgement. I remain accountable for the advice I give you.
Your information is treated as confidential and used only for our agreed work. We clarify how it will be handled, including any use of AI tools, with care for sensitive information and your organisation's requirements.
If a session is to be recorded, I explain why and seek consent beforehand. I also explain who can access the recording and how long it will be kept.
