Frequently asked questions4 questions

How can I become an AI-capable leader?

Build experience on work you are responsible for, question what AI produces and discuss what you find with people who can challenge your thinking. You develop a clearer sense of where it helps, what needs checking and what you should keep doing yourself.

The AI Leadership Circle gives you six weeks of practical work and discussion with peers. Private AI Advisory gives you individual strategic advice and coaching to deepen your practice and work through your own decisions. The AI Leadership Room gives you a monthly space to hear what others are doing, bring live questions and learn from their experience.

Do I need to understand the technology?

You need enough understanding to judge what AI can do in your work, where its limits sit and what needs checking. We build that through firsthand experience relevant to your role. You can begin with little experience or bring an existing practice you want to deepen.

How do I know when to trust AI or use it safely?

Start with the work you are accountable for: what you want to achieve, what AI should do, what could go wrong and what you need to check before relying on the result. We work through those judgements on your own examples, including the information you can share, your boundaries and what must stay with you. The aim is a considered practice you can explain and stand behind.

What if AI is making me rethink my own professional value?

The Reorientation focuses on where value is moving in your field, the expertise you bring, your AI position and where to focus next. Private AI Advisory supports your live questions and ongoing practice. We can discuss which would help with the decisions you're facing.
