01 How would you describe how you’re currently using AI in your work? Daily, and increasingly for substantive work - analysis, drafting, thinking decisions through. Most weeks, though largely for a familiar set of tasks. Occasionally, when something prompts me. I’ve tried it, but it hasn’t become part of how I work. Not yet, but I’m about to start.

03 Which of these would add the most value for you in a monthly session?

Choose up to three.

Keeping up with the AI developments that genuinely matter for my work, through a short curated view from Sue (10 minutes) on one or two recent AI developments. Getting beyond the obvious uses of AI and applying it to more substantive work. Working through - in the session - a realistic leadership or management scenario and deciding live where AI should and should not play a role. Hearing someone in the group share something they have tried and what they learned. Being able to bring a genuine question or situation to the group and have peers help me think it through. Exploring a case study of how one organisation has approached a specific AI challenge. Having a regular reason to keep experimenting and developing my own AI practice. Leaving with a few useful ideas or experiments I could choose to try before the next session.

04Choose your preferred evening

Monthly, starting February 2027. Both options are 7–8 pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT).

Second Monday of the month, 7–8 pm. Third Wednesday of the month, 7–8 pm. Either evening works for me. Neither evening works for me. I could also attend the other evening.

05 Is there a piece of work or a decision coming up where you’re weighing how far to use AI - or how far to trust it?

A sentence or two is plenty. This will help inform the kinds of situations we work through in the Room.

The AI Leadership Room starts in February 2027. I'll confirm the schedule, fee and arrangements before you decide to join. Which best describes you?
