Build your executive team's AI judgement - and decide together what AI means for your organisation.
Your executive team builds the shared language, firsthand experience and judgement to make informed choices about AI - where it helps, what risks matter and what it means for the organisation you lead.
What you may be hearing
- “We know AI matters, but we haven’t decided what to do about it.”
- “We need better results. Where could AI actually help?”
- “Some of us use it every day. Others don’t know what to trust.”
- “I’m expected to lead this, but I haven’t worked out what it means for my own role.”
How it works
Between sessions, your executives work on practical challenges relevant to your context and organisation - using work they are accountable for. In the live discussions, they talk honestly about what happened, make sense of it together and work out what it means for the organisation.
- Six live, facilitated 60-minute sessions, scheduled around your team.
- Practical challenges between sessions, with resources to support the work.
- Guided peer discussion grounded in your roles and the decisions in front of you.
A confidential room where experienced executives can ask the questions they haven’t asked elsewhere, explore concerns and think out loud. Recording and access arrangements are agreed before the work begins.
What the team works through.
Use AI on work that matters
Explore what changes when you use AI on work you are accountable for - where it helps, where it falls short and what you still need to judge.
Better prompts and context, better results
Give AI the purpose, context and standards behind your work. Compare the results and learn to direct, question and challenge it.
Where AI creates value
Try uses that could improve work, reduce effort, extend capability or challenge your thinking. Decide whether the value is worth what it takes to get a result you can rely on.
Navigate AI risk
Build your Personal AI Risk Position: the risks that matter in your role, your boundaries and what you will do about them. Identify which choices need a shared team or organisational position.
From conversation to execution
Explore repeatable tools and agentic AI. Work out what you would hand over, the standards and limits you would set, and what remains your responsibility.

In their words.
"The AI Leadership Circle created a safe, practical way for our team to explore AI without overpromising or oversimplifying the risks. It helped us build shared understanding, discover real applications, and start using AI more confidently and responsibly in our work."
Humanitarian Advisory GroupExecutive team"The AI Leadership Circle gave me permission to experiment, practical tools and the skills to support others on their AI journey as a leader. The group sessions were excellent, with fellow participants sharing inspiring real-life examples I could carry over into my context."
Nicola NorrisDirector of Fundraising and MarketingAustralia for UNHCR"The impact of me doing the course is that I talk to my team more openly. We just talk about AI like another tool - versus this kind of shadow thing in the background."

Bring the learning together into your organisation’s AI position: the value you want to pursue, the risks you will manage, the choices that need agreement and what must change.
I can help facilitate that work, including a joint conversation with your board where useful. If you need to examine your strategic options further, we can work through AI Strategic Discovery. If the priority is how to move forward with your people, we can focus on Change Capability.
Questions
How much executive time does it take?
Six weekly 60-minute sessions, plus short challenges between sessions that use work your leaders are already doing. Sessions can be attached to an existing leadership meeting.
What if our executives are at very different levels with AI?
That's a useful starting point. Each executive can use the challenges at their own level, then share what they find. The conversations make differences in experience, expectations and risk visible, so the team can examine them and make more informed choices together.
Do we need an AI strategy first?
No. You can start while you're still working out what AI means for the organisation. The Circle builds firsthand understanding and judgement to inform those choices. If you need a deeper examination of your strategic options, we can discuss AI Strategic Discovery alongside it.
What does your team need to work out about AI?
Bring the questions and decisions your executives are facing. Let's explore where the Circle could help you build the capability to lead the response together.
